As a client, you acknowledge and agree that we do not issue refunds after the onboarding is made. It is essential to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction. No refund(s) / Cancellations allowed for the payments made for the Gurualay School ERP provided by Nixat Info Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Gurualay School ERP provides non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of digital services. These goods are intangible and cannot be returned or transferred once onboarding is completed.

By onboarding in our services, you acknowledge that our goods are non-tangible and irrevocable, and you understand and accept our no-refund policy.

Changes to this Policy

Gurualay School ERP reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without advance notice. Any changes will be communicated to our customers through website updates. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.

Online Payment Gateway Onboarding Policy

1. Purpose

Gurualay School ERP, provided by Nixat Info Tech Pvt. Ltd., facilitates online fee collection for schools through integrated third-party payment gateway partners.

Nixat Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. and Gurualay do not directly provide or operate payment gateway services. The payment gateway service is provided by our authorized payment gateway partner for collecting payments made by parents/guardians to the respective school.

2. Payment Gateway Onboarding

By requesting and completing the payment gateway onboarding process, the school acknowledges and agrees to the applicable terms and conditions associated with the payment gateway integration.

Once the payment gateway onboarding and integration process has been completed, the onboarding service cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. No Refund / Cancellation Policy

Payments made to Nixat Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. / Gurualay for payment gateway onboarding, integration, setup, or related digital services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once onboarding has been completed.

Before making payment or confirming onboarding, the school is advised to carefully review the service requirements, applicable charges, and terms and conditions.

4. Nature of the Service

Gurualay School ERP provides digital, non-tangible services. Payment gateway onboarding and integration involve digital configuration, technical setup, account/integration processing, and related services that cannot be physically returned once the onboarding process has been completed.

Accordingly, such services are considered irrevocable after successful onboarding, and no refund or cancellation will be permitted after completion of the onboarding process.

5. Payment Gateway Partner

The payment gateway is provided by a third-party payment gateway partner integrated with Gurualay School ERP.

The payment gateway partner is responsible for processing online payments made by parents/guardians to the school, subject to the partner's applicable terms, conditions, transaction rules, and policies.

Gurualay/Nixat Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. does not directly collect or operate the payment gateway service on its own behalf. The integration is provided to facilitate online fee collection between parents/guardians and the respective school.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By proceeding with payment gateway onboarding, the school confirms that it has read, understood, and accepted this policy, including the no-refund and no-cancellation provision applicable after completion of onboarding.
