1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gurualay School ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Use of the Service
Gurualay School ERP is a cloud-based school management system provided by Nixat Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. The platform is licensed to your institution for internal academic and administrative use. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service without prior written consent.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data & Content
Your institution owns the data entered into the platform. We process this data solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to keep your data secure and backed up.
5. Fees & Payments
Subscription fees are payable as per the plan selected. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nixat Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
